Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Pediatrics Full-Time | Auburn, MA $32.50-$39.00 per hour Child Health Associates is seeking a compassionate and team-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing pediatric practice in Auburn, Massachusetts. Schedule Full-time, 4-day workweek One evening shift per week until 7:00 PM One weekday off each week What You'll Do Provide direct nursing care to pediatric patients in an outpatient setting Perform telephone triage, assess patient symptoms, and provide guidance to families according to established protocols Document telephone encounters accurately and communicate patient concerns to providers as appropriate Obtain and document vital signs, medical histories, and patient information Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments as ordered Assist providers with examinations and procedures Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and health concerns Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation Support patient flow and contribute to a positive patient experience Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and fellow clinical staff Qualifications Current Massachusetts Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license Pediatric or outpatient experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment Competitive pay: $32.50-$39.00 per hour Health insurance Paid vacation time 401(k) with employer match Professional license reimbursement Supportive leadership team Positive, family-oriented workplace culture Why Child Health Associates?
